Beth has lived in Washington since September of 2005. After graduating from the University of South Dakota, Beth attended the University of South Dakota School of Law for two years before transferring as a visiting student to Seattle University School of Law.
After law school, Beth moved to Wenatchee to be a law clerk for Chelan County Superior Court. The clerkship provided a unique opportunity to work for three Superior Court Judges. Beth was exposed to all areas of the law and she had the privilege of researching and discussing cases with the judges.
Beth has since joined the law firm of Woods and Brangwin, PLLC. Beth’s practice in the firm consists of Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation Claims. Beth spends countless hours representing clients who have been charged with a crime or who have been injured by someone else or in the work place. Beth’s main focus is litigation and spending time in the courtroom. Her desire and passion to effectively represent her clients and to practice law makes her an outstanding attorney.
Beth was elected as a Trustee for the Washington Young Lawyers Division. She has the privilege of representing all the young lawyers in the North Central District. Beth is also a member of the Washington Defender’s Association and the American Bar Association. Beth has played a predominate role in working with a committee to implement the Greater Access and Assistance Project (GAAP) here in Chelan and Douglas County. GAAP provides legal services for individuals who are not below the poverty level but fall within a gap where they do not have enough money to hire an attorney.
In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time in the great outdoors exploring Central Washington whether it be hiking, golfing, fishing, or going for a run. She also enjoys traveling with her husband Nathan. Beth has been a sports enthusiast most of her life and still enjoys playing softball and basketball.
