Shane graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Broadcasting. Shane continued his education at Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating in 2006, earning his Juris Doctor. During law school, Shane worked at the Spokane County Prosecutor's Office, prosecuting misdemeanors and traffic infractions.
At Woods & Brangwin, PLLC, Shane handles Criminal Defense matters, Workers Compensation/Labor & Industries Claims and Personal Injury cases. Shane is constantly refining his litigation and negotiation skills in an effort to provide the most aggressive and effective representation. Through his hard work, Shane has established himself as one of the premier young attorneys in North Central Washington, handling cases in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan Counties.
Shane is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, as well as the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association. Shane also served as President of the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. Shane serves on the Greater Wenatchee Regional Events Center Public Facilities District (PFD) as a board member, which oversees the recently constructed Town Toyota Center.
Shane is a sports enthusiast who participates and watches nearly every sport. Shane attended Concordia University in Portland, Oregon his freshman year to play basketball before transferring to Gonzaga University to complete his bachelor's degree. It may be an understatement, but Shane is loyal supporter of Gonzaga Basketball.
During law school, Shane met his wife Hanna and now resides in East Wenatchee. Shane and Hanna enjoy the outdoors, including snowboarding and skiing, along with playing golf and tennis. Shane and his wife love to travel and he has had the privilege of visiting the Cayman Islands, Belize, Honduras, Costa Rica, Jamaica, along with several areas of Mexico.
