** Ignition Interlock Device required once eligible to get license reinstated:

• 1st DUI : Ignition Interlock Device required for 1 year
• 2nd DUI: Ignition Interlock Device required for 3 years
• 3rd DUI: Ignition Interlock Device required for 5 years
